Disponibilidad de los libros / Availability of books
Las existencias de libros son limitadas, en muchos casos, sobretodo en los libros usados, disponemos de un solo ejemplar. Dado que Hibernian es también una tienda abierta al público, a pesar de que la información on line se actualiza constantemente, se puede dar el caso de que un libro se venda en la tienda y on line al mismo tiempo. Si se da este caso, Hibernian cancelaría el pedido y no se realizaría el cobro.
The stock of books we have is limited. In many cases, particularly in the case of used books, there may be only one copy of each book available. As Hibernian is also a bricks and morter shop and even though the online information is constantly updated, it is possible that a book is sold in the shop and also on-line. If this happens Hibernian will cancel the online order and payment will not be processed.

Purchases may be completed without registratering as a client but registering will simplify future purchases online. In either case, your data will be stored according to the law (see “Privacy Policy”).
Forma de pago / Payment Method
Hibernian Books S.L. acepta como forma de pago para las compras efectuadas desde su web la modalidad de tarjeta de crédito. Usamos sólo plataformas de pago seguras. Si el pago ha sido realizado correctamente el usuario recibirá la confirmación del pedido a través del correo electrónico que haya facilitado. Pero en cualquier caso, el cobro no es definitivo hasta que no confirmamos que los libros comprados se encuentran efectivamente disponibles.
Hibernian Books S.L. by Credit Card. We use only secure payment platforms. If the payment has been correctly processed the client will receive a confirmation email, however, it will not be fully processed until we can confirm the books ordered are actually available.
Pedidos / Orders
Los pedidos se preparan y envían en un plazo de 24 horas después de la compra online en dias laborables. Si la compra se hace en sábado o domingo, se prepara y envía el lunes. Si la compra se hace en festivo, se prepara y envía en el siguiente día habil.
En caso de problemas de disponibilidad de los libros comprados a través de la web, el cliente recibirá por email un aviso de anulación del pedido y el pago quedarà cancelado.
Si el usuario quiere anular un pedido aún no expedido puede hacerlo a través de un mensaje electrónico a info@hibernianbooks.com o llamando con el número de pedido.
Hibernian Books S.L. se reserva el derecho de anular los pedidos que contengan una dirección de envío imprecisa y que pueda dificultar la entrega de los artículos.
The orders are prepared and sent within 24 hours of the online purchase during workdays. If the purchase is made on a Saturday on Sunday it will be prepared and sent on the following Monday. If the purchase is done on a holiday, it will be prepared and sent on the next working day.
In the case of a problem with the availability of a book, the user will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation of the order and payment will not go through.
Clients who wish to cancel an order which has yet to be shipped may do so by sending an e-mail to info@hibernianbooks.com or by calling us at (+34) 932174796.
Hibernian Books S.L. reserves the right to cancel any order which is found to contain errors or inaccuracies in the delivery address which may impede delivery or make it impossible.

Cada libro tiene su precio. El importe total de la compra (que incluye el transporte) que aparece en la pantalla y el importe indicado en el mensaje de confirmación que Hibernian Books S.L. envíe al comprador han de coincidir.
Si se encuentra cualquier error o discrepancia sobre el precio, la entrega o la forma de pago, el usuario ha de comunicarlo inmediatamente a través de un mensaje electrónico a info@hibernianbooks.com o llamando con el número de pedido.
Each book has it’s own price. The total price (which includes the delivery) which appears on the check out page and the amount given on the confirmation email sent to the client by Hibernian Books S.L. must coincide.

Los

Los envíos con MRW tiene un plazo de entrega de 24 a 48 horas (en dias laborables) desde el momento del envío. El cliente recibirá un email en el momento que el pedido salga de Hibernian. Si no se recibe el pedido una vez transcurrido el plazo de entrega indicado, el usuario se puede poner en contacto con nosotros y haremos inmediatamente a la reclamación al transportista.
Los envíos con GLS tiene un plazo de entrega de 72 horas (en dias laborables) desde el momento del envío. El cliente recibirá un email en el momento que el pedido salga de Hibernian. Si no se recibe el pedido una vez transcurrido el plazo de entrega indicado, el usuario se puede poner en contacto con nosotros y haremos inmediatamente a la reclamación al transportista.
Shipping
cost will be automatically calculated according to the weight of each
book, so that the client will be informed of the full cost of the
purchase and delivery before finalizing the sale. The minimum sending price is for uo to 2 kg or up to 5 kg, depending on destination (mor info in the FAQS)
Shipping
with MRW has a 24 to 48 hour delivery time (Monday to Friday). The

Devoluciones / Returns
Hibernian Books S.L. no puede aceptar devolucions de los libros de segunda mano (secondhand) o de saldo (overstock).
En el caso de los libros nuevos (new), se aceptarán las devoluciones que se efectúen dentro de los 15 días hábiles desde la recepción del producto, siempre que este se encuentre en perfecto estado. Una vez recibido el producto se comprobará el estado antes de reintegrar el importe. El cliente se hará cargo de los gastos de envío de la devolución.
Si el usuario recibe un producto nuevo (new) en mal estado, lo puede devolver y se le enviará uno nuevo (si está disponible) a cargo de Hibernian Books S.L.. Si no hubiese otro ejemplar disponible se reembolsará el precio del libro y los gastos de envío.
Para devoluciones o reclamaciones, el usuario puede hacerlas a través de un correo electrónico hibernianbooks@gmail.com o por teléfono con el número de pedido.
Hibernian Books S.L. cannot accept returns of secondhand and overstock books. We will accept returns of new books within 15 days of arrival to you so long as it is returned in perfect condition. When we get the book back we will check it for condition before returning the MONEY. The client will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
If a new book arrives in bad condition it may be returned and Hibernian Books S.L. will replace it with a new one (if available) and cover the shipping costs. Should another copy not be available, the cost of the book and shipping will be returned.
